These terms govern your use of Tx DPS Scout, operated by Lonestar Softworks LLC. By accepting these terms, you agree to use the service as described here. Read the privacy notice before submitting information.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. All applicants must also be at least 18. Use your own information or information an adult applicant has authorized you to submit for appointment searches and notifications. Do not submit information about a minor, impersonate another person, or use information without permission. Keep your account credentials private and notify us of unauthorized use.

What Scout does

Scout checks for appointment availability and sends notifications. It does not book or reserve appointments, determine eligibility for a DPS service, or guarantee availability, delivery times, or an earlier appointment. Availability can change before you open a notification. You are responsible for booking through the official DPS scheduler and checking its requirements.

Simulation is a demonstration using fictional applicants and sample appointments. Sample results cannot be booked and may fall outside your chosen filters. Sample scouts cannot be used for live searches. Tx DPS Scout is independent of, and is not endorsed by, Texas DPS.

Use and limits

Provide accurate information for live searches. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another account, evade service limits, or use the service unlawfully. We may pause access to address abuse, security issues, outages, or a third-party service restriction. Follow the applicable requirements of the official scheduling service.

You can stop a search or delete your account through account settings. Scouts expire after 90 days even when paused. Deletion and retention are described in the privacy notice. The service may change or become unavailable; keep track of your own appointment needs and existing bookings.
